Cupbop, the renowned Korean street food concept, is delighted to announce the return of its highly anticipated Bopsim Korean Festival to Utah. Taking place on Friday, September 29th, 2023, at the University of Utah, the event is expected to be the largest Korean festival in Utah History.
The festival’s longstanding reputation for bringing unique opportunities for attendees has amped the anticipation for its return to Utah. This year, the cultural event will be in celebration of the momentous 70th anniversary of the Korea-US Alliance.
Known to be an immersive fusion of Korean culture and food, Bopsim brings together community members in a celebration that features an exciting array of cultural experiences and interactive events. Attendees will be treated to exhilarating performances of Korean music, dance, and martial arts; mouthwatering Korean street food, such as Kkochi and tteokbokki, and making kimchi; traditional games, engaging cultural demonstrations and a variety of Korean products, including free Korean goodies provided by Cupbop and its partners. Cupbop’s menu of modern interpretations of Korean street food favorites will also star in the event. On September 29th, Utah residents can look forward to a carefully crafted menu of food and culture in a detailed celebration.
