Dr. Benjamin’s journey is a testament to her determination and resilience. Born as the eldest of six siblings, she ventured to California at the age of 18 with her sister. They both attended Marywood High School, where they learned English and prepared for college. Dr. Benjamin’s academic excellence earned her an academic scholarship at the College of Notre Dame and later a fellowship for graduate school in microbiology at the University of Alberta.
Her career commenced as a food microbiologist at Hunt Wesson Foods, followed by positions at three other major companies. It was during her 18-year tenure at Taco Bell Corporation that she discovered her true calling as a coach and trainer for franchisees and restaurant management. In her final five years at Taco Bell, she received the “Customer Mania” special recognition award five times consecutively and the Outstanding Team Award.
Upon retiring from the corporate world, Dr. Benjamin founded her consulting company, specializing in Food Safety and Quality. She became a trusted mentor, guiding her clients toward realizing their plans and goals.
Dr. Benjamin’s involvement with the NAFE Network (National Association for Female Executives) marked a pivotal turning point in her journey. Under the mentorship of Dr. Robbie Motter, she found her passion for mentoring and coaching others. Recognizing her dedication and leadership, she was appointed Co-Director for the Menifee NAFE in October 2018 and later became the team leader for the CA network’s program focused on helping members achieve their personal and business goals.
In addition to her role with NAFE, Dr. Benjamin is the Director of South Orange County NAFE. She transitioned to the Global Society for Female Entrepreneurs (GSFE), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Dr. Robbie Motter in 2017, after the dissolution of the Regional NAFE organization.
Dr. Benjamin is not only an accomplished coach but also a prolific author. Her first book, “LIFE LESSONS LEADING TO SUCCESS,” was published on Amazon in November 2020. She is also a contributing author in Robbie Motter’s book, “It’s All About SHOWING UP and the POWER is in the ASKING. Volume 1,” and Angela Covani’s anthology titled “Love Your Haters.”
Her remarkable achievements have not gone unnoticed. Dr. Benjamin has received numerous awards for her contributions to business and the community. Notably, she received the Appreciation Award at the First Annual Lady in Blue Sapphire Awards and Fashion Show in spring 2019. She also received the Call to Service Award, along with certificates and recognition from California Senators and Assembly members.
In 2022, Dr. Benjamin was honored with “The Most Inspirational People of the World Award” from the She Inspires Me Award (SIMA) & GSFE and the “Global Award for Influential Women-Reaching Beyond Boundaries” from Ladies Of All Nations International (LOANI Global) & Institute of Global Professional (ISO). She also received the prestigious “SIMA Global Wall Street Robbie Motter Award for 2022.”
In December 2022, Dr. Angeline Benjamin was awarded an honorary Doctorate Degree in humanitarianism, recognizing her exceptional commitment to making a positive impact on the world.
Continuing her legacy of inspiring and promoting peace, Dr. Benjamin was awarded the titles of “International Peace Ambassador” and “International Peace Leader” in September 2023 by LOANI and GIA organizations, nominated by Dr. Robbie Motter. She also received an “Ambassador of Happiness” award on the International Day of Peace- 2023 from the King Maharaja in Kutai Mulawarman Kingdom, Queen of the Monarchy State of Birland H.I.M Prof. Dr. Queen Eden Soriano Trinidad, Prime Minister of the State of Birland, and Peace International Institute.
Dr. Benjamin’s influence extends beyond her accolades and achievements. She currently serves as a board member of the Global Society For Female Entrepreneurs (GSFE) and holds the position of Director for the GSFE First Thursday Virtual network.
