Author, pastor, and engineer W. Ruth Turner, P.E., has announced the official debut of her new book, ‘Master Sin or Sin Will Master You’.
This groundbreaking new book sheds light on societal problems including black-on-black crime and blue-on-black crime. According to Turner, issues such as these tend to be addressed from social and economic perspectives despite these issues having a core commonality: spiritual weakness.
‘Master Sin or Sin Will Master You’ offers scripture references giving encouragement to live God’s Word and live a happy, fulfilled life. The book features chapters on sin and its impact and how to overcome sin while detailing the steps for curing society’s ills and bringing lasting change today. ‘Master Sin or Sin Will Master You’ illustrates how communities can begin healing when individuals are able to overcome their sin.
In one chapter, Turner offers an analysis of Cain and Abel. She emphasizes how anger can easily spiral out of control and cause damage in the lives of individuals and those around. She compares this to black-on-black and blue-on-black crime and explains that God has a solution.
At a time when crimes continue to rise, especially violent crimes and homicide, Turner hopes to transform mindsets and spirits with her new book.
‘Master Sin or Sin Will Master You’ is published by Mercie & Moxie, an imprint of Orison Publishers. Inc., and will soon make its debut at major book retailers everywhere.
