In 2017, Robbie Motter founded the Global Society for Female Entrepreneurs (GSFE) with the vision of inspiring women to chase their dreams and equipping them with the necessary tools to achieve them. As the longtime Global Coordinator for the National Association of Female Executives, Robbie’s commitment to educating and connecting women globally provided the foundation for GSFE’s expansion and the development of tailored programs for an ever-growing network of women.

The organization has facilitated the participation of 160 women as co-authors in books or as authors of their own works, with many of these women embarking on their literary journeys for the first time. Furthermore, GSFE has actively assisted its members in securing speaking engagements, promoting their book covers through its quarterly newsletter, and fostering connections through a dedicated podcast page. By creating a platform for members to list their podcasts and facilitating connections with podcast hosts, GSFE has opened doors for women to share their stories and expertise with a broader audience.
