“We sent the email on March 20th and have gotten so many replies from people all around the world. Some of the replies are from happy customers thanking us for our products but there are also lots of people who are terrified of what is happening around the world.”

One response was from a seventh grader describing how lonely she is because school is cancelled and she can’t see her friends:

“How can I miss them less?” she asked. “Also I’m worried about my dad and stepmom because they’re both immune compromised. My grandpa just had surgery and would die if he got the virus. I’m scared, and don’t know what to do.”

“We’ve been talking with anyone from a scared 7th grader to an actual Santa Claus.” 

“It’s heartbreaking,” says Mollin. “We even have some emails from people asking for advice and how to prepare for what is coming because their countries are not yet taking evasive action. Our goal is to take advantage of the voice we have, and spread kindness and open-heartedness to calm people in these crazy times. It’s the least we can do.”
