Jennifer Green, President, and Co-Founder of Procurall Solutions LLC., was recently selected as Top Co-Founder of the Year for 2023 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership, dedication, and societal contributions.

Armed with nearly 20 years of experience sourcing, designing, producing and delivering customer comfort, care and safety solutions to the world’s leading airlines, cruise lines and hotels, a legendary drive, and a reputation for delivering what she promises when she promises it to businesses whose success hinge on right and right on time, “Jen” founded Procurall Solutions (Procurall.com), a woman owned company, in January, 2022.
Procurall’s principal focus is the airline industry, specifically procuring and developing unique products that elevate passenger comfort and in-flight experience. Rather than relying on pre-existing catalogs, the company focuses on designing and crafting bespoke products and programs from the ground up, and always with an emphasis on eco-design, circular manufacturing, and sustainability.
Hitting the ground at a full sprint and capitalizing on her and her team’s combined 150 years of industry experience and relationships, Procurall has already established itself as a major force in the Airline In-Flight Product sector.
Prior to Procurall, Jen spent 15 years at WESSCO International, where she served as Director of Sales and Business Development, including end-to-end management of their Inflight Passenger Experience and Comfort Products value chain. Before starting her product development journey, Jen spent 12 years in the hospitality industry, most recently as a Managing Director.
Throughout her career in the travel industry, Jennifer has garnered many awards, as well as worldwide recognition for her leadership skills and business success. This year, she is being considered for a feature article in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and for the Empowered Woman Award presented by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). Jennifer will also be honored to receive the prestigious title of Top Co-Founder of the Year at IAOTP’s Annual Awards Gala, which will take place at the iconic Plaza Hotel in New York City this December. Some of her other accomplishments include being a member of the Forbes Business Council, and recognition by Marquis Who’s Who and Who’s Who of Professional Women.
Among other professional accomplishments are industry accolades and awards for the Best Onboard Amenity Kit, Best Onboard Textiles, and Most Innovative Brand Collaboration, including orchestrating a collaboration between American Airlines and Casper to develop American’s in-flight bedding program for their premium cabins, to name but a few.

When she is not working, she enjoys Pilates, hiking with her best 4-legged friend Thor, camping, attending concerts, reading, spending quality time with her daughter, and thinking of ways to keep improving and growing Procurall, “that’s not work, that’s my happy place!”.
